What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days.
Return Conditions:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and tags must be included
• Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Note: Returns may not be accepted for misuse, normal wear & tear, or items marked non-returnable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — certain purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. These typically include:
✔ Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
✔ Clearance, heavily discounted, or bundled products sold at special pricing
✔ Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
✔ Hygiene products once the seal is broken
If a product is final sale, it will be clearly stated on the product page before you checkout.

When will I get my order?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

📍 Pune & major cities: usually 3–5 business days
🌍 Remote areas may take a little longer
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order ships, so you can follow it in real time.
Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed before dispatch to ensure fast delivery.
